1. 客户确定合成数量，纯度及修饰要求，我们及时提供报价及预计交货时间。普通多肽（30aa以内）在1-2周内交货，特殊氨基酸和修饰类多肽相应顺延。

The customer provides quantity,purity and modification requirements, and we offer quotation and expected delivery time. Normally 1-2 weeks to finish the peptide within 30aa. It will be prolonged for peptide with special amino acids and modifications.

2. 双方签订多肽合成协议及必要时签订保密协议。

The both side will sign a confidential agreement when necessary.

3. 订单完成并检验合格后，通知客户发货时间和运单号码。随货附上产品检测报告,HPLC,MS 等。如有特殊检测需求，请提前告知。

We will inform the customer of delivery date and tracking no. in time after shipment is made. The COA, HPLC, MS will be send along with the package. Please inform us in advance if any special requests of test items.
